Video of Naomi and Nathanael

Here is a link to the video of the kids that was played last night on a local news channel here in Evansville. All the kids participated in the Green and Gold Training Camp. I posted some pictures from it earlier. Noah was to shy to be on camera. He said maybe next year.

Working out with Donald Driver and Edgar Benett

Noah was so excited to meet/ see Donald Driver that I am not sure if he actually worked out or not so much. He was very speedy in the picture above so that he could show Donald how fast he was. It was a great thing for the kids to do for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!

Meeting Donald Driver

So the kids got to go to the Zoo last Sat. and train and meet Donald Driver. It was free. They did not have any autograph time but the kids had fun anyway. In this bottom picture Donald Driver is wearing Naomi's sweatshirt around his neck. She was hot so he picked it up off the ground on put it on. It was pretty cute. They did shuffle steps and races and high knees and jumping jacks for exercising with them.

Our First Veggie

We (thanks to Grandma) have planted many different veggie plants this year. We are finally starting to see the fruits of the labor. This was our first cucumber that we grew. Since then we have had 4 more. Just in a matter of a week. We are also starting to see some peas start to grow and also tomatoes and also some carrots. I can't wait. we are going to have a great veggie tray.

Random Pictures

Naarah fell asleep one day in Nathanael's bed so Chris left her there for her nap.
The kids thought it would be fun and creative to spell their name with pretzels one day. Great craft project that is tasty at the end.

The RACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is Matt Kenseth
This is the car that Tony Stewart raced this year. It is definately weird to see him race a number 14 instead of a number 20. We have been watching the Nascar races all season and have watched him in the number 14 but to see him in person in the 14 was a little strange.

This is their pit stop. There was 100 laps in the race and half way through they do a pit stop, this year they did the pit stops right on the track which was pretty cool to watch. They could not put new tires on, they could just rotate them and put in fuel. We had a great time.

Random Race pictures

We wanted to make sure we got a picture of Naarah with grandma and all the kids however she was having none of the race at first. She would not put on her ear muffs, or she would not let us put in ear plugs it was crazy, we thought we were going to have to take her out because of the noise. The picture below is after daddy made her calm down, we got the muffs on her for the whole race.

The Families

Our tradition has returned after Grandma taking a hiatus last year due to Naarah being sick, Grandma has returned for the best race year ever. The weather was over cast and only like 65 degrees. It is what I call perfect. In years past it has been VERY hot and VERY sunny and we have all come home with many a sunburns. The rain did not start until the race finished.
This is Ryan and Beth and Beths brother and his son. They drove up from Ill. to chill and cheer for none other than Matt Kenseth.
And here are Chris and I with the kids.

Tony Stewart tailgate

This was our fun tailgate before the Tony Stewart/ Matt Kenseth race a couple weeks ago. Some of our friends are Matt Kenseth fans and they met us there to tailgate and sit with us. Ryan brought their football beanbag game and Naarah had more fun climbing on it trying to figure out what was going on. Oddly enough she didn't once get hit with a bean bag (I don't think) and her brothers were not stopping the game just because she was there.
