Naarah and Noah

This is the outfit we bought with Naarah's Toys R Us gift certificate from Ani, Richard and the boys. I think it is so cute. I thought the outfit was so cute. I just couldn't resist. Naarah got a couple of shirts with hoods on them for her birthday and for Christmas and she looked so cute in them that when I saw the pink and brown I couldn't resist. Thanks Texas Family for the gift card. We are sure loving the outfit.

This is Naarah on Christmas day. She was discovering the recycle bin with the empty diet coke bottles. She found a couple drips I think because she was very proud that she was walking around with the bottle as you can tell by her face in the top picture. The bottom picture is Naarah when you don't put the baby gate by the stairs. She is so fast I had to bring her down the stairs 3 times before Chris could get the picture. She was moving to fast for him to catch her.

Naomi Christmas Day

This is Naomi on Christmas day with all her goodies. She asked Santa for a Moose or Reindeer webkinz and he brought her a Reindeer, we thought that was very appropriate.

Noah Christmas Day

This is Noah and all his stuff on Christmas. The bottom pictures is him holding his new bible. Oddly enough, grandma and grandpa got him a green and orange outfit that matched his new bible perfectly. Since Noah can read now and he has accepted Jesus as his savior he was able to have his very own bible. We couldn't have thought of a better gift for him. Naomi had gotten one also when she could read and also accepted Jesus.

Nathanael Christmas Day

This is Nathanael opening his presents and showing us what Santa brought him. He was much happier this Christmas than last year.

This is Naarah starting the day. These Jammies were ones that we got for Nathanael for his first Christmas. I love the Mickey on the butt.

Here is Naarah and her birthday cake. I decorated it myself. I don't think she cared what it looked like all she wanted to do was eat it. She seemed to enjoy it very much. Although she does not look to messy because it is white cake she still dug in and enjoyed.

Naarah's Birthday Party

So since Naarah was cranky on her actual birthday, she chose to be really happy on the day of her party which was the most important thing.

Naarah and her Uncle Gregg. She really didn't like Uncle Gregg at first but since she sees him a lot now that he is close she really likes him. I am pretty sure they have bonded just like Uncle Gregg and the rest of the kids. They sure think he is the best Uncle to walk the face of the planet.

Naarah was very excited to have Auntie Nickie home for her party also as she came from Oklahoma. There are perks to having a birthday close to Christmas. Most of the family is around.

Naarah's First Birthday

This was Naarah actually on her Birthday. In the morning she had on Jammies and in the evening she had on clean ones. We just decided to make it a comfy day for her. She was very crabby any way. Her 1st birthday was on Dec. 18th. I can't believe how fast it went. It has certainly been challenging. She started walking everywhere the week of her birthday. That has been fun and new. She really just doesn't want to crawl much anymore. Then she went for her 1 year check up. We got to have the Dr. that delivered Naarah do her check up since our reg. Dr. was on vacation. She seemed suprised that Naarah was in the 5% tile for her head size, 20% for weight, and like 10% for height ( I was wondering if the Dr. even saw me standing there. Yes I was standing), Naarah started to freak out the minute we took her into the little closet sized room which also makes her mommy freak a little to because of the size. Then the Dr. proceeded to tell me that she should have 7 shots, yes I did say 7. I can't believe the stuff they want to get them vaccinated for. So I know how Naarah is with shots and I said no way to doing all of them at one time. 2 of them I won't do at all, so we did 3 this time and will do 2 at her 15 month check up. I just can't believe how much there is now. But she was very unhappy for a couple days and now having the time of her life.
