This is Naomi before her first grade concert. She was so excited that she got to dress up. The kids could choose what they wanted to be from a list and Naomi chose the Cinderella. This is the dress that she wore for her Auntie Cassies wedding in 2004. Yup it still fits. It has become a little shorter than it was 2 years ago but otherwise it is a perfect fit. Crazy hu??

 

Noah also wanted his picture taken with his basketball. This was a great action shot. He went in Dec. to see the Harlem Globe Trotters with his dad, grandpa and 2 uncles and had a great time. He has been bouncing that basketball ever since(that is of coarse when he is not using it as a soccer ball).
Noah also went for Kindergarten screening yesterday. He had fun. He cut off the head on his dinosour that he was to cut out. He thought that it was pretty funny. Mind you in screening you are not supposed to cut off the head but cut around the picture. He also got to see our favorite teacher, Ms. McMahan for motor skills. He said that he got to pay catch with her with a bean bag. He did a great job at that. Overall he seems less than enthused that he will get to go to Kindergarten in the fall. I am sure he will enjoy himself once he is there. =)

 
This is Nathanael and Brown Bear. Brown Bear looks like he didn't want his picture taken but his daddy made him.
Nathanael just had to have his picture taken. He was so excited to be in a picture with Brown Bear.

 

This is the kids showing off their cups again. Nathanael could not wait to have the picture taken before he had a drink of water.

 

This is all the kids on Valentines Day. Nathanael is still in jammies due to the fact that mommy got sick for her Valentines present. They are showing off their new cups from Grandma Vicki and Grandpa Al. The cups light up when you put liquid in them. They are really cool. I am sad Grandma didn't buy one for me. =(

She was so excited to be able to dress in all pink. I mean ALL pink. Even the clothes you
can't see are pink. She is such a girl.

 

The Hionis kids hanging out with mom. It started with just Naomi and Nathanael and Noah thought he would lay down also. I couldn't resist a picture. Not often when you find them all within this close of each other not fighting.

 

This is the after picture. They were all pooped out from playing in the snow. They had tons of fun. They had burried each other in the snow as if they were on a beach. It was pretty funny. There was a time when you couldn't even tell Naomi was out there with them because she was completely burried.

 

This is the kids enjoying the snow a couple of weeks ago. They started out helping Chris and I shovel and discovered that playing in the snow was WAY more fun than shoveling it. So Chris and I finished and enjoyed watching them play for a little while. It was actually not so cold this day.

Ok so it has been hard to try and get some pictures up here lately. There has been something wrong when we transfer the picture to the blog. We are doing well. Naomi was sick this last week and stayed home from school for a day. She is better now and so far the only one who was sick. I had to run out last night in the cold to go to Walmart. Man, it was sure COLD and it is only going to get worse the next couple of days. I am going to post this and hopefully then I will be able to get some picutes up and running also.
